It's been many, many, many years since our family has been trying to save enough money to make a trip to Cambodia. Finally, in 2010 we decided that we just have to do, no more excuses and made our savings solid. It took my parents, my older sister and I two years. Unfortunately our brother and youngest sister will not be able to make it due to financial reasons. In 2012, we discussed making the trip and our family friend, Laurel was able to join and had another friend, Susan, who was also interested in traveling to Cambodia. So we formed our pack of 6 and booked tickets in Sept, 2012. A dramatic bank withdrawal later, the trip became that much more real.
